For Companies

Defence and space don't hire from job boards.

The people who build the next generation of critical technologies are not looking. They are building. We find them anyway.

Built for the frontier. Trusted at the frontier.

01

Two domains only

We work exclusively in defence tech and space tech. This is not a niche we added — it is the only thing we do. That depth means we know the organisations, the programmes, and the people. You will never brief us from scratch.

02

Active sourcing only

We do not post jobs and wait. Every candidate we present has been directly identified, engaged, and assessed. If the best person for your role is not looking, that is exactly the situation we are built for.

03

Full-cycle commitment

We are in it from first briefing to signed contract — and beyond. That means candidate management, expectation alignment, and standing behind placements. One point of contact, full accountability.

Four steps. One outcome.

01 · Briefing

We learn what you actually need.

A deep-dive into the role, the team, the programme context, and the culture. We ask the questions most recruiters skip — because the better we understand your situation, the better every step that follows.

02 · Search

We go where the talent actually is.

We map the relevant landscape — across companies, institutions, and programmes — and make targeted, direct approaches. Warm introductions through our network where possible. Always personalised, never spray-and-pray.

03 · Shortlist

You only meet people worth meeting.

A curated shortlist — typically 3 to 5 candidates — assessed for technical fit, cultural alignment, and genuine motivation. No noise, no filler profiles. Just the people who could actually do the job.

04 · Placement

We see it through to the end.

Through offer, negotiation, and signature — and through onboarding to make sure the hire lands well on both sides. The mandate is not closed until everyone is satisfied.

The things companies ask us most.

We work on a retained basis. A portion of the fee is paid upfront to initiate the search — this ensures we can dedicate the full depth of our network and research capacity to your mandate from day one. The remaining balance is due on successful placement. Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate's first-year gross salary, in line with market standards.

Our target is a shortlist within 4–6 weeks of the briefing. Final placement — including notice periods — typically lands within 8–12 weeks. Timelines vary by seniority and specialisation, but we give you a realistic forecast at the outset and keep you updated throughout.

We stand behind our placements. If a candidate leaves within the first six months for reasons within our control — such as a mismatch we should have identified — we conduct a replacement search at no additional fee.

We focus on leadership and specialist roles in defence tech and space tech — from engineering leads and technical directors to commercial, product, and C-level positions. We don't do volume hiring. Each mandate is treated individually, with a dedicated search built from scratch.

The people who make real impact in defence and space are almost never on job boards. Our approach is built around active sourcing: direct outreach, warm referrals from within these communities, and relationships we've developed over time at the frontier. We map the landscape before we make a single call.

Our primary focus is the DACH region and broader Europe, where we have our deepest networks. For senior roles where the candidate pool is genuinely global — which is increasingly the case in space and advanced defence programmes — we're able to run international searches.

We present a shortlist — typically 3–5 candidates — who have been rigorously assessed for technical fit, cultural alignment, and genuine motivation. We prioritise quality over volume. You won't need to sift through twenty mediocre profiles to find one worth meeting.

We understand that many mandates in defence and space require strict discretion — whether due to programme sensitivity, competitive dynamics, or internal restructuring. All searches are conducted under full confidentiality. We agree on communication protocols upfront and operate on a need-to-know basis throughout.
